Absolutely awful hotel! Do not be fooled by the photos! Our room was in desperate need of refurbishment, was dull, depressing, with old, cheap, chipped furniture, a very old and shabby bathroom. The communal lift was very scratched and tatty, and the corridor leading to the room had unsightly exposed electrical cabling throughout. Simply horrible! Don't waste your money! There's a much nicer hotel 50 meters up the road.

Traditional hotel in ideal location facing beach. Hard to find as naming different in building vs website. bathrooms a little dated but very clean and worked well. excellent staff anticipated needs and especially accommodating bicycles.

A terrific hotel overlooking the sea. Excellent staff and a marvellous breakfast. Great location especially if you are travelling with a dog.Lots of places to eat within walking distance. Great atmosphere and very relaxing

Quatrième séjour dans cet hôtel et que dire de plus que nous n'avons déjà dit? Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. Le personnel est toujours aussi accueillant et souriant. Le petit déjeuner toujours au top dans une salle avec vue sur la mer, rien ne manque.

Bonjour, Ne vous laissez pas avoir par les photos qu’il y a sur le site l’établissement ne ressemble pas à ceci. Nous sommes arrivés dans un hôtel, sale personnel désagréable, et pour couronner tout tout sauf moderne, nous sommes plus en 1930 qu’autre chose. Étant du milieu de la restauration pour moi l’hygiène est primordiale, et quand nous arrivons dans une chambre d’hôtel ou dans la salle de bain, nous avons des taches partout de saleté, c’est inadmissible. Pas de mini bar. D’autre part, quand nous demandons à avoir un responsable, personne ne se présente. Alors 400 € pour une nuit dans un hôtel comme celui-ci c’est inadmissible. De surplus au moment de l’encaissement, nous avons montré notre mécontentement. La personne nous a gentiment jeté le ticket de carte au visage. Je ne recommande surtout pas et faites attention, publicité, mensongère trois étoiles mais filantes.

2 nuits dans cet hôtel très mal tenu Belle vue certes mais hôtel qui n a pas évolué depuis bien longtemps Parking impossible à utiliser par une voiture classique Pas de thé noir au petit déjeuner ( la commande n est pas arrivée !! Le lendemain non plus !! ) petit déjeuner beaucoup trop cher pour la qualité proposée Femme de ménage se précipitant pour faire la chambre sans que nous ayons rendu la clef Peu de clients mais la chambre voisine est occupée et le ménage bruyant est fait dès 8h 30 quand les clients sont partis .. bref nous ne reviendrons pas …

Très belle hôtel Personnel très agréable Petit déjeuner délicieux et copieux Si je devais donner un point négatif ce serait déco de la un peu vieillotte qui contraste avec une salle bain moderne mais literies très confortable... Très belle vue sur la mer de la chambre et pendant le petit déj Je recommande ❤️

C'était notre 3ème séjour dans ce charmant hôtel face à la Plage de Pontaillac et c'est toujours au top ! Le personnel est très très sympathique et accueillant. Le buffet du petit déjeuner, toujours très bien garni, il y en a pour tous les goûts. Et la salle du petit déjeuner avec vue magnifique sur la mer c'est génial ! Merci à tout le personnel.
