The service was poor. The waiter had a dark face and rushed to ask for the deposit before the check-in procedures were completed. There was a smell as soon as he entered the room. The carpet in the room was stained, the shower door tapes were opened, and the bathroom smell was serious. , the towels were dark and hard, and the hotel didn’t provide breakfast during the Chinese New Year. It was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in during the Spring Festival.

住過最差的酒店，要服務沒服務！需要吐槽的地方根本説不完，首先房間電視根本打不開！最重要的是房間一點不隔音，窗户全關緊也沒有用。住七樓也聽得到一天到晚馬路上來來往往的車輛聲。第一天早上，七八點，被巨大的奇怪噪音吵醒，且一直持續了幾個小時，根本睡不了覺！總共就住兩天其中房間莫名其妙斷了三次電！第二天就連房卡也會莫名其妙給我消磁！還要自己跑腿下樓一趟到前台刷新。基本的烘乾服務也無法提供，前台居然用酒店房間全部訂滿為理由搪塞，明明攜程上還可以預訂房間… 非常糟糕的一次體驗，本來預訂了春節兩週的房，幸運的是訂單可以取消，實在無法忍受繼續住下去。第一次住這裏，服務水平有待提高，下次還是老老實實選君蓮。

湖南旅遊的第一站 先到了汝城，酒店門口高大上，沒想到入住率還很高，房間有點年代感但是乾淨整潔，但有桌上的電話沒有插電話線，電話如同虛設，有事找前台得手機打酒店電話，店家要改善一下。另外酒店對面的米粉好好吃！
