I'm sorry to say this hotel is terrible. The receptionist cannot speak a word of English so does a runner when she sees us coming. The air conditioning is very rarely on and in the height of summer this is not acceptable. The mattresses are old ripped and so soft you sink in the middle. Actually took photos of them, it looked rotton. This is supposed to be nonsmoking but the bedding smells of stale smoke. Awful for a non smoker. The breakfast was appalling. Hardly anything there. Cold, and the ham looked so iffy I would have been scared to eat it. This was apparently a 4 star. 😄😄😄 in your dreams This was part of a very expensive leger holiday. Only 2 nights but couldn't wait to get out. Will be complaining to them as well.

Hotel is never a 4 star in a million years. 2 STAR IBIS IS BETTER No Iron or board in room No fridge No coffee making facilities Breakfast is the most basic I’ve ever seen in my life of staying in hotels for 50 years. Parking is safe under the hotel Rooms are clean but been damaged Bathroom door smashed and shower holder rod ripped off and stuck under sink . When staff was told. The reply was. There’s nothing I can do. All in all I WOUDNT STAY THERE EVER AGAIN OR RECOMMEND it to friends

Eric on reception very helpful and friendly, lovelyclean room, comfy bed and peaceful calm hotel, lovely view from room. Very comfotable hotel would definetely recommend it, 10 minutes walk to rer station to take train inter central paris

The room is ok. Good quality bedding. The hotel is quiet. Here are some positives. On the other hand, the staff does not display overflowing enthusiasm in their relationship with customers. It's a real shame, the quality of the service is impaired. The breakfast at 19 euros is far from worth it. Yes for a budget Ibis, no for a 4-star hotel.

Where have the 4 stars gone? Scaled bathtub, no small soap, just a common liquid soap on the wall. Closet plinth peeled off and dirty. Broken toilet tiles. Synthetic and hard pillows. Torn duvet. Hollow mattress in the middle. Stained carpet. Ordinary breakfast, American-style coffee, nothing like espresso. Only the guard in the evening is very nice. The rest of the staff is borderline polite.

Hotel that does not deserve its 4 stars. I came in a group but the bathroom is uncomfortable because of the bathtub which consumes too much water and which had to be repaired..a lousy breakfast: nothing left at 7:30 a.m.!! it's scandalous when we know we had visits to make empty stomach!! The photos on your site are misleading. Is it because there were 60 of us that the welcome was so unfriendly?

In a 4 star hotel the rooms should be controlled but this is not the case, because in the room where I stayed, many malfunctions were to be deplored: broken shutters, window not closing, 1 leg of a broken bedside table, the evacuation water from the sink also HS etc... Also note the absence of a refrigerator and the few coffee essentials (only 3 coffee pods)
