The room was good.
Shower water pressure a bonus.
For the size of the rooms the price is great value.
Thrown together facilities.
If you're needing a hotel in Rugao on short overnight, its not the worst place to stay.
Highlight was a complete stone reception on 4th or 5th floor that isn't used at all.
Felt like the shining.
There's a Starbucks to shops down turn left from ground floor reception. Grab your coffee and breakfast from there. Trust me...

The hotel parking sign was unclear and I had to go around in circles several times.
Some front desk staff have no sense of service.
There was still uncleaned toilet paper on the hotel windowsill.
The hotel facilities are a bit old, 2 of the 3 elevators are broken

The hotel is in a great location. The lobby on the 5th floor has been moved to the 1st floor, which is very convenient. The green plants at the entrance of the hotel are also very beautiful. It was my first time booking a Vienna Hotel, and I was really amazed. As soon as I arrived at the front desk, I was warmly welcomed by the beautiful lady at the front desk. She also kindly told us that the water in the room and parking fee were free. She was really warm and thoughtful. The room is very large, beautifully decorated, clean, tidy, bright, fully equipped, with separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom, and a large shower room. There is a big supermarket and a Dutch town street downstairs, which makes shopping and eating very convenient. Although I only stayed for one night, I was really satisfied and comfortable. I recommend everyone to book Vienna, the price is reasonable and everything is very, very good.
