From check in to check out everything was great, very pleasant staff, the rooms very clean and beds super comfy had the best nights sleep in a long time, restaurant very clean, food lovely and very helpful and pleasant staff couldn’t fault in anyway 🤗

Chloe gave us such a lovely welcome, almost as though it were to her own home. She was very helpful. Another lady was there whose name I didn't get, and she was good too. I loved the fact that extra tea-making stuff was readily available right there in Reception, without having to ask. Altogether excellent.

Best thing about the place is the exit Bar staff rude long wait for drinks not acknowledged by staff No live sports as advertised Working away from home wanting a beer on a Friday night and that's what you get rude unhelpful staff and other customers in the bar acting the same. Ended up going to Aldi for fosters and watched footie on my phone in room exciting times 😁 Food not great but it was something to eat buttered my toast with my bacon it was that hard Worst place ever to stay

Comfy bed and clean room. Good TV and just right for an overnight stay mid trip. Handy for the motorway. Brewers Fayre next door so we didn't need to travel to find a meal. Easy access to the centre of town. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Non of it is five star but then nor is the price. If you are used to Premier Inns this one won't disappoint you and is well up to standard. We opted for a basic room. More up to date rooms are available at a premium which will get you better wiFi and a more modern look. Personally I would rather spend the difference in the bar or the restaurant . My wife and I had a good nights stay and will happily use it again

Yes, the stay was good and comfortable.i will like to visit this place again in case traveling to the UK. I have booked a similar stay in Leeds, Premier inn looking impressed by the services in Rugby. Can improve personal services like reaching out to people and asking if they need any support or help, especially for people staying more than a week

Very good stay. The hotel was clean and the room was well aired, not stuffy like some other hotels. We recieved a kind, very helpful welcome from Chloe who even came and helped us unlock our door when for some reason we just forgot how a keycard worked.
