advantage:
1. New hotel with large rooms, free parking, laundry, etc.

shortcoming:
1. The hygiene is a bit bad. There is a lot of dust on the floor of the room. The tea cups are not washed. There is a lot of dust on the lids of the replaced tea cups. The service response time is not fast.
