The front desk phone was still unreachable. The feedback platform contacted the front desk and informed that it was a regular customer who took the wrong card. Could it be that your hotel room card is a fake one? Can customers take whatever they want? Doesn't she, a regular customer, know that she is in that room? Is the room number on the door a decoration?
