Large space, complete facilities, but the sanitation is not clean enough

When I checked out the next day, I picked up my shoes and saw two live things under the shoes, which made people jump. I am most afraid of cockroaches...

In my opinion, this B&B is really good. The room layout is reasonable, the bedding is comfortable, the facilities are complete, and it is clean and tidy. I did not encounter any unpleasant things during my stay, and the overall feeling was very pleasant.

I have never met such a lazy landlord when I stayed in a hotel before. First of all, it was agreed that I could check in at 1pm, then when I arrived, I was told that someone was inside. It was not until 4pm that the person had not left, and the landlord did not urge me. Finally, I had to wait until almost 6pm before I could get a room. First of all, there were two bottles of mineral water that should be in a hotel or B&B. When I asked, there was none, and they were too lazy to restock. This little bargain was also taken. Then you can cook. There were no seasonings, and there was no detergent. There was a washing machine, but no laundry detergent was provided. I asked the landlord, and the landlord said to ask the cleaning staff. In the end, the cleaning staff only took a little detergent, and there was no laundry detergent. When I asked the cleaning staff, they said that the landlord did not restock it. Finally, I asked the landlord, and he asked us to buy it ourselves. It was really outrageous. Then there was the environment inside. When I opened the door and went in, they said it had been cleaned. What caught my eye were two cockroaches. I saw them again in the next few days, which shows how dirty it is inside. The security of this apartment is even more disgusting. The landlord will tell the cleaning staff the password of the room. If you sleep a little late, someone will open your door and come in, and you will be scared awake. This happened several times. The last point is about the landlord's character. As mentioned in the first point, because I checked in very late, I agreed with the landlord that my check-out time was 3.30, but on the day of check-out at around 1 pm, the landlord told the password directly to the person who checked in that day. We hadn't left yet, and someone pushed the door open directly. If we were taking a shower or not dressed properly at the time, how embarrassing it would be, you can imagine it yourself. To sum up, this is the worst apartment I have ever lived in in my life. The landlord is extremely irresponsible and perfunctory. He promises good things but doesn't do them. He has no sense of responsibility for the safety of the guests. The hygiene is also very dirty and messy. The attitude of the cleaning staff is also very bad. I didn't hear the knock on the door at first, and then they kept banging on the door, like a debt collector. After I opened the door and asked what was going on, their attitude was also very bad. I don't understand why it still has a score of 4.6. It is probably because someone was hired to brush it. Everyone should avoid this store. I will never stay at this store again.
