Staff didn't want to give us two room cards which is a bit odd. The hot spring is not included in the room price (69CNY extra pp) and the pools are all outdoors and max temperature 40ºC. Otherwise comfortable room, comfortable bed, poor internet and poor breakfast.

沒想到在晉陝豫交界的風陵渡小鎮有這麼大規模的酒店，在印象風陵渡邊上，晚上很熱鬧。房間寬敞，設施齊全。餐廳提供晚餐口感不錯，性價比較高。早餐品種較多。停車場較大。工作人員待客熱情。

這種衞生條件……馬桶圈上竟然還有尿漬……多虧自己帶了消毒濕巾……晚上直接和衣而睡，不敢進被窩……完完全全對不起這個價格……

房間設施很老，酒店主營應該是澡堂和泳池，單住的話根本不值這個價，當天的酒店前台態度也**的，以後出差肯定不會再來了。100多的水平還要300多的價格，虧死了

房間裝修老舊，進門取電卡槽壞的，洗手間洗手枱櫃門壞的，水流像是滴的，不是流的，開到熱水幾乎沒水，隔音極差，牀頭櫃抽屜閉不上，拉到底停留在外面，空調沒有制熱，越開約冷，半夜關了空調。要吐槽的太多太多，這輩子住的最差的酒店了（我一年至少出差旅行住宿50次以上），關鍵還不便宜......

酒店很差，隔音很不好，外邊12點多一直在吵。説房間裡邊還有一股臭味，廁所裡邊更是臭氣熏天，入住感真的很差。以後再也不會入住！

前台服務很差很差很差！！！！有一位中年女性服務人員，説話閃爍其詞，傲慢無比！後悔沒記錄她的尊姓大名！！！！！定好的房間，推三阻四，一會説有，一會説沒有！早餐種類較少，麪包片需要自己烤，口味也不好吃！！！！下次不會選擇再次入住！

性價比不錯的一家酒店，在風陵渡鎮裏面算是價格有些高的。酒店有露天温泉，住店可以免費去泡，但是熱水管壞了，温泉水不夠熱。酒店內有健身房和按摩服務，總體來説可以。建議前台增加人手，退房高峯期忙不過來
