酒店緊鄰紅井景區，步行至入口400米左右。房間寬敞乾淨衞生，屋內中央空調有3個出風口，可以很塊場勻受熱，感覺舒適。前台服務主動熱情。早餐主食品種豐富，有10種左右，但菜品衹有兩種。門口停車位有8、9個，其它車輛可以停地下車位。

地下一層有停車場，挺方便的！酒店離紅井景區很近，又可以帶狗，對於我們一家來説是完全合乎要求。住的是茶藝房兩間，一間有沙發一間沒有沙發，暖氣有兩個出風口，一個在客廳一個在卧室，衞生間挺大的，乾濕分離。對於這個價位我覺得還不錯。我們入住的時候是下午2點，衞生剛做好，房間裏還有些味道，我感覺是走道里的或是樓下餐廳的味道。後面我把所有窗户打開通風，晚上回來就好多了！窗簾遮光效果很好，衹是窗户不隔音。早餐很一般，不過能吃飽，牛奶和豆漿很淡，我覺得燒麥挺好吃的！

酒店位置不錯，停車方便，離紅井景區很近。房間空間較大，佈局合理，但衞生狀況一般，地面桌面有灰塵。早餐品種較豐富，春節入住人多，水果、豆漿等斷供。另外酒店每天供2瓶水，客人有需求了不免費提供，這一點不及其他酒店熱情大方，服務貼心。

瑞金可參觀“紅井”景區，酒店距景區約400米左右，步行可達。
含早餐，早餐品種齊全，豆漿濃，菜的品種太少，衹有2種又都是辣的，對我們不吃辣的不大友好。

房間老舊，停車場太差，附近都是農家樂小飯店，看着油乎乎的，附近是個工地，有一側的房間很吵，跟酒店溝通後給換了一側房間，晚上還是得帶耳塞入睡。
