客房服務沒話説，就是麪街隔音有待加強。停車非常好停，那個地方亂停都沒事，整體城市農村感很強。這個位置半夜還有櫃枱有人已經很不容易了。

酒店是老店重新裝修的。硬件設施依然是舊的。衞生間乾濕不分十分不便。電梯晃動厲害，酒店沒有中央空調，𤩹掛空調外機噪音很大。停車很方便的。前台服務熱情，迴應及時。

鐘點房時間短，收費高！不合理，白天10個小時鐘點和全天房價差不多了，如果可以改成6—8小時，價格低至50-60之間對於我們出差經費少的會更合理

每次出差住哪裡，非常方便，旁邊有吃飯的地方，離商場很近，小吃攤很多，離火車站非常近，下次還來住這裏，值得推薦

位置優越，主幹道邊上，停車方便，離二蘇大會議景區很近，出行方便，樓下用餐也很方便。價格實惠，性價比高，隔音有待提高。

什麼時候招待所也掛上了大酒店的牌子！對瑞金的印象衹有兩個字：很臟。如非必要，如非迫不得已，千萬不要在瑞金留宿。

週末帶小孩來瑞金學習紅色文化知識，選擇了金延大酒店，位置就在二蘇大禮堂附近，非常方便，房間乾淨，服務態度好，小孩玩的很滿意。
