Our first time staying here. There's a free hotel shuttle from ZRH Airport. Outside from Arrival 2 to the left side and the shuttle bus was on the middle curb.
From hotel to ZRH Airport, they charge CHF10 per pax.
Room was small but we enjoyed our stay.
Ironing facilities & hair dryer provided.
It's 8 mins walking distance to Rùmlang train station.

The staff was absolutely fantastic and kind. The room was clean and large with lots of amenities. The only downside is the breakfast, which is good but could be better.

The stay was great, the staff was friendly. However, the hair shampoos in the room had expired, I told them this, but the woman working there told me that the products were unopened, but their expiration dates had passed. Apart from that, Jose, who works at the reception, is very warm and friendly, I thank him very much.

This is my second time I stayed in Holiday inn express, the bed and pillows are comfortable, room is spacious and clean. The only thing is they don't provide bottles drinking water other than that everything are perfect.
I will come back again.

Zurich is expensive for food, hotel, and transportation,
The reason for choosing this hotel due to Holiday Inn big Brand. The results to live in certifying that except some system breakdown when we check in, and that takes us more than 20minutes to wait until the system recover, Finally, It doesn't work.
But room and facility both super.
