"The hotel is new and immaculate. Open plan bathroom which some couples may not like. There is a MacDonalds immediately next door and also microwavable food in addition to a breakfast and dinner restaurant and bar. The only issue I had was at check-in, the receptionist failed to tell us that we would have to purchase a ticket to take the ”free shuttle” to the airport for our flight and therefore assuming it was free we sat on the minibus but were told to get off and buy a ticket causing us to waste a further 30mins. The cost of the shuttle was CHF8 per person so its cheaper for a group of people to order a taxi using Uber. DO NOT USE taxis which park themselves outside the hotel carpark, they will charge you CHF 60 per journey and give you a ”city tour” if you dont speak fluent German. Taxi drivers rarely speak English and nearly all taxis seem to be driven by immigrants. Swiss police wont help so video any confrontations and send to the Minister of Tourism. The hotel is quite far from the airport so you need a car to get to and from the airport. There is no tram stop around."

"Good location, nearby the airport just 1 bus stop but the bus arrived every hour. Nice room, clean and decent breakfast. Supermarket is in front of the hotel. around 8 minutes from the train station( Rumlang)"

"I have to say this is the hotel with best hotel service staff I have met in Europe. The staff on night shift on a Sunday 30th March is very good. From checking in experience, to guiding us how to go to train station and take trains to recommending where to eat (we ate in the hotel in the end though). "Our family of six stayed a the Capsule Hotel - Alpine Garden Zurich Airport to have a few hours to sleep comfortably between two connecting flight with an overnight layover. The Capsule Hotel is right at the airport in Zurich, easy to find, to access, to check in and out even at late or very early hours - everything is automated, so no personal contact is needed. When booking I could add that I would like the capsules to be adjacent to each other and received an email that that will be taken care of. So it was. The capsules were super clean, quite spacious (our cabin luggage fit in conveniently) and nicely set up, lighting was warm and for my taste perfect. It said that the air in the cabin is being exchanged 22 times a day, so the feel should be like the window in a room is always open. I had a quite good night. My husband and one of my kids felt like there was not enough oxygen in the capsule despite the air exchange. Obviously, we could hear the guest of the other capsules (altogether 26 in that room) come and go even though everyone tried to be as quiet as possible, but that was acceptable, given the fact that the capsule hotel concept includes coming and going whenever the respective flights arrive/depart. If you get an upper capsule you'll have to do a bit of an exercise to get up and down, but that's not so bad after all. 😉 Access to the capsules is via code that will be sent to you after check-in and is also access to the room where your block of capsules are in. There is a women and men bathroom, each set up nicely, with separate shower and changing cabins, a pile of floor mats to use, toilets, basins, mirrors - all was clean and looked very natural with a lot of wood being used for decorating/building. Altogether, I great concept, a convenient stay, I'm very glad that we could try it out! The next morning, we were at our check-in in no time - seriously cool!"

"It is 5 minutes away from the airport. It has all the splendor that a Hyatt should have. The rooms are large and the facilities are very new. There is no disposable toothpaste or toothbrush. There is also a mouthwash cup and lip marks from the previous guest that have not been cleaned. There is also a toilet door. There are little stains that have not been wiped clean. The front desk staff is kind and friendly, and the processing speed is fast. The lobby is huge!"

"Everything is fine except limited food/restaurant available. Another complaint is no availability of shuttle bus to the airport, which is very important in our booking consideration. Also there are two Hyatt hotels next each other and confused us. Rental/Taxi are not accessible to Hyatt Place directly, need to walk minutes to the next Hyatt Regency to access, which is not that convenience when you have heavy luggage through an uneven path."

"Stayed here for 2 nights. Reception is 24/7. Can leave luggage for storage after check-out, they have baggage tags for claiming and will store them in a separate storage room outside the building. It’s right outside the tram station and 10 min walk to S Bahn Kloten Balsberg station. Room is very cold in December, no heater. Floor is so cold, no slippers provided. Hot water in bathroom works fine. Hair dryer is available in the room. EU sockets are only available in the lobby near reception, only swiss sockets are available in the room. We had to charge our device using single slot USB A cable in the TV. Triple room is a double bed with top bunk bed. Space is very small, cannot open big luggages. Has elevator/lift."
