Perfect stay for us who are traveling in Hokkaido as an overnight stay before we moved into the next town. Everything in the room was clean and the honey tea was super!

Located at outskirt, nothing to eat except Lawson. The room is so small and I was assigned to a smoking room. It was a challenge to me.

There isn't a lot of choice in Rumours unfortunately. The room was... Ok. It had a very weird smell and the hot water kept fluctuating between cold and super hot. This hotel is fine if you need a bed. Waaayyy too expensive for what it is. The double bed is too small for two Westerners.

I was only able to get a smoking room because I made a reservation soon, but the air in the room was properly ventilated, so it wasn't a problem at all, but it was enough to not bother me.
The staff was kind, but the only regret was that the explanation in the column for writing the name, etc. was a little insufficient.
Other than that, the response was good, and the person in charge of cleaning the room gave me a slight nod, which left a good impression.
The room was spacious and had free Wi-Fi, and the TV was large, but the one thing that bothered me was that the entrance to the bath and toilet was a little higher than normal, so you had to be careful when entering and exiting.
Breakfast was a buffet style, and anything that ran out was replenished fairly quickly, and the cod roe was especially delicious!
However, the bread was not tasty at all, so there may be room for improvement in this area.
If I have a chance, I would like to stay in a non-smoking room next time.

It was convenient and close to my destination. I went to breakfast around 8:30, but there were a couple of dishes missing and they hadn't been replenished. Other dishes were delicious.

It was very good. This is my second time here, and the parking lot is close to the hotel, so I feel very safe. The staff were cheerful and helpful, and I had a great trip. I think the breakfast has a lot of content.
