There is a keyless entry with a preassigned entry code. As you walk in, you are greeted by a woodburning fireplace that leads to an open space layout. In the main floor you will find one bedroom and a full bathroom. In the living room there is a 55' smart TV with an Amazon fire stick, to enjoy shows and movies. As you make your way to the bottom level, you will find half a bathroom along with two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has been converted into a game room with a full-size futon. The second bedroom offers a dedicated workspace in case you need to get work done. Note, light construction to the East side of the cabin. Power outages, while infrequent, can occur in this region. This home is not equipped with a backup generator at the moment. We recommend guests come prepared with firewood and other essentials for comfort during unexpected interruptions. This home is super easy to get to, even during the snow season, with no long, narrow, steep, dangerous roads to travel. It is only several homes away from Highway 18, and is normally one of the first streets plowed after snowfall. Let the family sleep in and walk 1 minute to LuluBelle's Coffee House and Bakery and bring back amazing coffee, bakery items and breakfast sandwiches! The cafe also has an EV charger.1-minute drive to the village of Running Springs with a full grocery store and fresh-cut meat department. Or take a 2-minute walk to the Village Market on Hwy 18 grocery items, liquor, etc. An oversized smart washer and oversized smart dryer for your use. We only charge the guest $45 for the cleaning, but we pay $285 per stay for cleaning because we use the best cleaning service on the mountain comprised of professional cleaners who use the highest enhanced cleaning standards available, sanitizing every touched surface in the home, so you know you are staying in the cleanest home on the mountain. 4 fire extinguishers, two first aid kits, and one brand-new choking hazard removal kit, made especially for children.
