前台古麗服務熱情，業務能力強，有問必答，看我們年齡大安排了低一點的樓層，送了我們早餐非常感謝，房間乾淨衞生，設施也比較新，位置在市中心，去樓蘭博物館走個10分鐘就到了，離農貿市場也不遠，買個水果也方便，酒店樓下就有各種飯店吃飯很方便，房間熱水也大，洗去一身疲憊，非常值得推薦

漢庭酒店後院停車，停車方便，放心。前台美女熱情，迅速，快捷，滿意的為我們安排好房間。
漢庭的品質勿容置疑，很棒。
衞生間乾濕分開。
隔音很不錯，晚上睡覺香香的，一覺睡到大天亮。
早餐菜品豐富，就餐環境也挺好。

因為全疆的外國人入住系統突然癱瘓，我們被外事民警要求住漢庭。
房間傢俱床具都很新，但是大毛巾上破了一個大洞。後半夜地漏反臭味比較嚴重，關了衞生間的門也沒用。希望檢修一下
