從不給差評，出門一個月了，這家店實在讓人忍不住。1、到了前台，沒個笑臉就算了，還得我告訴她我有預訂，訂了豪華三人間，還愛答不理的。2、進房間桌子、地上一層灰可以理解，還有不知名的渣渣，想着灰塵大，也可以忍，但到處都是小動物和屍體，而且都在一眼就能看到的地方，衞生間淋浴區下水口旁邊，床邊、椅子邊。難道不檢查房間就出售嗎？3、掀開被子，床單居然是爛了有補丁的？看着是24年開業的店，應該設施設備比較新才對，結果不是。4、因為在攜程預訂，找了攜程客服，客服很快給回覆，給出解決方案，但是酒店自始至終沒有任何反應，可能是生意好不愁賣，你愛住不住。5、房間連個喝水杯都沒有。6、最不能忍的是，晚上噪音太大，轟轟的聲音，實在睡不着，自己房間沒開空調，發現是旁邊房間空調外機噪音，感覺就像在腦袋旁邊放了一台發動機，一晚上沒睡好，躺在床上錄發動機聲（音頻無法上傳）。因為小動物屍體酒店就沒人管，又是半夜，不會有人管，等到天亮直接退房離開，退房時還是愛答不理的，連個對不起都沒有。這家店慎重選擇，性價比低，從服務、衞生、設施各方面看，管理極差。

三人間的房間挺大的，該有的都有。酒店樓下可以停車，十字路口對面就是樓蘭文化公園，距離博物館也不遠。就是水龍頭鬆動，床頭燈接觸不良。

設施老舊，人員也不足，電視打不開，告訴前台，他派人上來一頓檢查，説讓我們自己下樓再找前台，態度極其惡劣，讓小孩不要看電視，iPad玩玩就行了。最後派了個保安大叔上來，雖然大叔也不知道怎麼弄，但是態度還算好，跑上跑下幫忙找遙控找電池。這麼大個酒店，連個客房服務人員都沒有麼？空調老舊，噪音跟拖拉機一樣響，幸虧就歇腳一晚，整個行程最不滿意的一家。

出來旅行60天，這是我住過最差的酒店，前台服務員態度更是差到令人匪夷所思，當天網上定的大床房價 明明比標間貴幾塊錢，可是前台非要強調標間貴，當我要求換標間後，用佔了她好大便宜一樣的語氣説不讓我補差價了？最後在我把平台上的價格展現出來後，她很不耐煩回了句行行行，你回房吧，最無語的是，跟她要一次性杯子時，直接回答我説沒有，結果保安大叔看不下去，給我在大廳茶几上拿了幾個，這是一家讓我感到深深惡意的酒店，全國幾百家酒店住過的人，第一次被震撼到了。

酒店房間不可以夠大，衞生尚可，但洗漱台水龍頭晃來晃去嚴重鬆動，，開關水都要用另一衹手扶着，衞生間馬桶蓋鬆動，偏離馬桶嚴重，並且有污漬，酒店維護極差，希望改進。

位置挺好，在縣城的繁華地段，樓下吃飯方便。酒店有自己的停車場，停車方便。大廳也很好，前台服務也很好。值得下次再住。
