酒店位置很好，在樓蘭文化公園斜對面。吃飯周邊很方便，設施齊備，衞生乾淨，環境很好，比較安靜，服務到位。

定了兩間大床房，到店後告訴我，我定的價格是前台改錯了讓我補差價，我也能體諒前台，就補了差價，上去後發現其中一間別人睡過的開給我們，床有明顯睡過的痕跡，廁所也有使用痕跡，另外一間床上有不明毛髮，雖然後麪給我們換了房間，換了更便宜的房間後，不主動提出退差價，也沒有對他們的工作失誤做出道歉，不推薦不理解，雖然我以後都不會來若羌，但是非常不推薦

房間好多地方灰都沒打擾，有的瓶子裏面不知道啥時候塞的一堆垃圾，房間都不打掃，電視打不開，空調製冷效果賊差，噪音特別大，窗簾拉不嚴實永遠有一溜子拉不上。前台服務態度還行，不知是保安還是啥的，態度賊差，罵人都不知道揹着點人。前台4星，保安-5星。以後能去其他酒店就去其他酒店吧，全季啥的不比他好。

來這裏出差，兒子在這酒店工作，住在這裏順便看下兒子的工作環境，環境確實挺好的。房間乾淨即衞生，前台和客服服務很好，兒子也挺棒的！

服務：差！
前台沒有服務意識。房間沒有毛巾，中午跟她説了。她説給拿過去。晚上還沒有給（毛巾）。那個女前台還説她接班，不知道（上一班沒有跟她説）還是保安大哥給拿了條毛巾。保安大哥值得表揚。
