The room card often doesn't work. There is no phone in the room. It is very inconvenient to have to run downstairs to the front desk every time to inform. However, the front desk service is still very good.

It was off-season, so there were not many people. The staff provided good service and agreed to my temporary check-out, but this could not cover up the shortcomings of the hotel:
The air conditioner worked but was useless, the room was very cold, I woke up in the morning and needed two quilts;
The shower was hot and cold and there was no obvious limit or mark, which caused hand burns; the hand shower was almost unusable, and the overhead shower had little water; the bath towel had stains.
I don't know how the hotel is in the peak season, but it is a big failure in the autumn and winter off-season, so you need to avoid it.
