Mantis Kivu Marina Bay Hotel

After a few tiring days in Kigali, I was eagerly looking forward to this stay to relax. From the moment of check-in, you’re welcomed with a refreshing drink and a smile. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and well-equipped. We were given a room with a perfect view of the lake. Ideal for relaxation. The hotel offers numerous activities, such as a spa, massages, hiking, and many others, so everyone can find something to enjoy. The breakfast and dinner are excellent, with beautiful presentations and plenty of choices. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel 100%. The only regret I have is staying only 2 nights. The entire team is charming, attentive, and caring. Special thanks to Nadia, Juliette, Vincent, Kenneth, Aimable, Liberée, Aimé and Emile.🙏🏾

This is a very modern and spacious hotel. It has a large pool with a great view of Lake Kivu. Rooms were very nice and spacious. We had lunch and dinner at their restaurant. The food was very good. The menu is the same for both meals. Breakfast was disappointing. We had been told by two different restaurant servers that breakfast opened at 6:00. We showed up @ 6:00 to learn that breakfast opened @ 6:30. When we ultimately had breakfast we were able to get cold items from a buffet and could order a very limited selection of hot items. Overall it was pretty lame. We had much better breakfasts on this trip at hotels that weren’t nearly as nice. Breakfast aside, this is a great choice for Kamembe.

I highly recommend the Mantis Kivu Marina Bay Hotel. We had an absolutely fantastic experience! The staff were always available, attentive, and eager to assist with anything we needed. The waiter staff were equally incredible, providing exceptional service throughout our stay. It truly made for a memorable visit.

Kivu Mantis hotel has great views over Mount Kivu. The rooms are very large and well equipped. The customer service was excellent and all staff members are very attentive. The pool area is a great place to relax and is very clean. The restaurant was very good.

Very nice Hospitality and experience. I would recommend Mr. Jackson, the receptionist, he is professional and follows up on the guests perfectly. Pickup from the airport was arranged well and on time and the drop-off to the airport as well was done on time.
