I stayed in four hotels at Europa Park: Colosseo, El Andaluz and Bell Rock. The Santa Isabel I must admit is the best by far. The fact that it is not as big as the other hotels in the park is already a big plus. The staff, like all the Europa Park staff, are very nice and friendly. The hotel has superlative attention to detail: there is even a consecrated church/chapel. I found the reconstruction of the convent spectacular. The Deluxe room was perfect in line with what one would expect from a 4-star hotel. Breakfast, as always at Europa Park, was excellent with a wide choice. Also the dinner buffet was excellent and the choice very varied. Spa on the top floor very nice with a nice view of the park, I also enjoyed the pool on the ground floor. I will definitely return to this hotel.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough! Theming is second to none! Staff are courteous and friendly and speak very good English, Room was spacious and clean. More quieter than the other hotel's on the Europa park complex

Staffel very unfriendly / arrogant; restaurant used to be very good but the quality isn't worth the price anymore; be aware no smoking in the outside dinning area anymore! It isn't mentioned, while you reserve the table, we were told on arrival only. We used to visit 3-5 times a year, but won't return after this experience!

Very quiet hotel with lots of charm. The staff were charming and attentive. We had a great time at the Spa where we were warmly welcomed. Room and bathroom were very clean. The breakfast is very decent: cold meats, cheeses, fish (salmon and herring), pastries, several types of bread, and a hot buffet with scrambled eggs, sausages, rösti and a chef who prepares omelettes to order. This hotel is smaller than the others but it is very pleasant and QUIET.

We booked 2 suites for 4 adults. Once the 5405 Pedro A. Cabral and once the 5406 Vasco da Gama for 2 nights. Great suites, great view (for us) - not of the park but of the roundabout and long shaft. Great sunset and morning sun/midday sun. Had a very quiet dinner compared to Castillo Alcazar or Hotel Colosseo. We felt very comfortable here and were very happy that the Hotel Santa Isabel is very close to the EP Express. After Traumatica we were exhausted 🎃💀👻👾

For people in a hurry I will be quick and detail below: Pros: - Quiet - Decor of the common areas - Comfortable bedding Cons: - Small restaurant without the exterior part In detail: I stayed in a “Deluxe” room » for 2 nights. The room was large and I had a bathroom with a bathtub. the bathtub was really big but above all wide. For me who has a few extra kilos I was able to get into it without problem (which is rare). The bedding was simple but comfortable and the mattresses were firm. The staff was very pleasant and spoke French well. We were treated to a fresh rose when we returned on the 2nd day. Generally speaking it is a quiet hotel. Every time I walked through the common areas I almost wanted to whisper because it was so quiet. There is no play area for children which is a big lack for families. But for me who needs calm after a day in the park it was perfect. The monastery theme is quite present but not intrusive. I haven't eaten in the restaurant on any other occasion than for breakfast but the common area is quite small.

Plus petit et plus calme que les autres hôtels d'Europa Park il dégage une atmosphère luxueuse. L'hôtel très bien décoré, dispose d'un spa et d'une piscine extérieure. Cependant d un moins bon niveau que celui du Colosseo. Le petit-déjeuner ( compris dans le prix de la nuit ) est très bon et copieux. La chambre est grande et plutôt propre hormis quelques petits détails tel que des tâches sur les miroirs ou sur la robinetterie. Les produits cosmétiques mis à disposition sont de bonnes qualité mais un petit cadeau de bienvenue serait souhaitable par exemple bouquet de fleurs ou corbeille de fruits ou chocolats en plus de la simple bouteille d'eau. Je conseille le restaurant Castillo et sa formule à volonté à 46,50 €. ( sans boissons). ( Penser à réserver le restaurant en période de forte affluence ) Le parking est gratuit et l'accès au parc d'attraction est direct. Le personnel de l'hôtel parle plusieurs langues dont le français.

Die Europapark Hotels sind sehr schön, wir waren bereits in allen. Immer sehr schöne Dekoration mit Liebe zum Details. Sehr gute Frühstücksbuffets mit großer Auswahl. In diesem Hotel werden Rührei und Omelett auf Wunsch frisch zubereitet und es gibt verschiedene Kaffeespezialitäten. Allerdings sind die Hotels auch sehr teuer.

Das Zimmer ist geräumig (Junior-Suite), wie gewohnt, mit Liebe zum Detail. Was im Vergleich zu allen anderen Themen-Hotels zu bescheiden ausfällt, ist die Auswahl am Buffet. Damit waren wir nicht zufrieden. Zu wenig Beilagen. Als Vegetarier zu wenig Möglichkeiten.
