La struttura è molto bella, comoda ad accedere e dagli ampi spazi apprezzabile il parcheggio sotterraneo chiuso e la facilità di accesso negli ultimi anni ha decisamente migliorato lo standard, e considerando i prezzi praticati a un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo da migliorare il servizio della colazione, la struttura si trova in un paesemeraviglioso, dove ci si può trasferire a piedi in uno dei tanti ed deliziosi ristoranti che Ruvo offre.

dovendo partecipare ad un convegno nella vicina Corato, abbiano deciso di alloggiare in quest'hotel prenotando un junior suite; camera carina, con affaccio sulla piscina, ma niente di chè, (baracchino sul letto a mio avviso insignificante ed assenza sul materasso già concavo di per se del topper ); personale giovanile e dinamico. Nota dolente la colazione ( da migliorare senza dubbio) non all'altezza di un quattro stelle ,troppo scarsa (cornetti palesemente preconfezionati), per il resto accontentarsi è dupo

Le stanze sono belle, ma per quel che si paga compreso il servizio spa... Si potrebbe fare molto di più! Sono rimasta un po' delusa... La spa è piccola e per nulla rilassante dato che molto spesso ti trovi a condividerla a condividere con altre persone senza riservarla all'utente che lo chiede. Un vero peccato per la cifra spesa.

très mauvais accueil lors d'une réclamation relative à la chambre proposée : 1 lit en 180 et un petit lit d'appoint pour 2 personnes non en couple il nous a été rétorqué : "de quoi vous plaignez-vous ? vous avez 2 lits " aucune recherche de solution alors que l'hôtel n'était pas complet puisque seul notre groupe de 35 personnes était présent

Me ha gustado el parking (en frente del hotel), la habitación (grande, limpia, perfumada, moderna, con secador de pelo potente, con una ducha grande), el silencio, la cortesía de la chica de la receptión. Bagno allagato dopo ogni doccia, senza protezione doccia, impossibilità di avere più di una chiave in stanza tripla (perché costano troppo, sic!). Personale alla reception maleducato e presuntuoso, inadatto al ruolo ed offensivo. Tre giorni in stanza doppia con chiave difettosa mai aggiustata

Che dire , per spezzare il viaggio da Tricase a Roma abbiamo scelto di soggiornare in questo hotel , oltre ad essere super disponibili e cordiali posso confermare e ribadire come hanno fatto altre recensioni che questo posto merita veramente tanto . La cucina ottima , personale qualificato e con grande capacità di problem solving . Avevamo avuto un piccolo intoppo con la prenotazione e il credo responsabile Antonio ha provveduto immediatamente . Unica pecca il letto matrimoniale era in realtà due singoli ogni tanto nella notte mi alzavo per ricomporre il “Matrimoniale”. Ma detto ciò siete veramente la qualità che un viaggiatore cerca . Vorrei dare un consiglio per quanto riguarda la piscina , io e altre persone dopo aver sentito dei bambini affermare che stessero facendo la pipì dentro la piscina abbiamo optato per non immergerci , quindi vorrei consigliare di mettere un qualcosa di chimico per colorare la pipì in modo tale da insegnare ai maleducati e alle famiglie che ciò non si fa . Ultima cosa , la colazione era un pochino povera mi aspettavo qualcosa tipo è un buffet più colorato e ricco e sopratutto con prodotti tipici locali . Alche qualcosa di estero come bacon e uova strapazzate , pancake ecc . Ma detto cio ribadisco che siete veramente una scoperta . Abbiamo consigliato questo posto ad amici . Sicuramente torneremo !

Sono stato ospite per una cena, per festeggiare un anniversario di matrimonio nel ristorante Camelia. Ambiente moderno, curato e funzionale. Il tutto gestito da personale professionale e cordiale. Cena con buoni antipasti, e ottimi frutti di mare , il tutto accompagnato da un ottimo vino rosé di un nota cantina locale. Esperienza del tutto positiva
