Then the hot water is not hot at all, resulting in a cold after taking a shower. When checking out the next day, the front desk called at 11:51 to ask if I would like to check out. If I don't extend my stay, I have to check out before 12 o'clock. Can I just leave a few minutes to pack my things? It's just funny. Other hotels usually give a reminder half an hour in advance, and usually can extend the stay until 2 o'clock for free. Here, we either check out directly, extend the stay, or open an hourly room. It's really rubbish in this regard. But one thing that's okay is that after booking the room, I called in advance to reserve the room of my choice, and they agreed. I went there at noon, and I checked in in advance when there was a room available, but this is just what ordinary hotels do. But regarding check-out, hot water in the room, and heating, I really won’t stay here again next time. Finally, I discovered that there were cockroaches in the hotel around one or two o'clock in the middle of the night. At this time, I was really unable to solve the problem because I had to check out at six in the morning. I endured the fear and counted them with my eyes closed (everyone who is afraid of bugs should understand). Second The front desk didn't apologize at all this morning. I asked for a refund, but the front desk ignored me and had a very tough attitude. Follow-up: Full refund, hotel manager has also apologized. In short, first of all, the hotel is not soundproof at all. People upstairs and downstairs can hear clearly when using the toilet at night. If you have poor sleep quality, be careful when booking. Second, the environmental sanitation seems to be okay, but it turns out there are cockroaches. Third, the service staff had a bad attitude. They hung up the customer's phone and didn't say a word of apology when they found bugs.
