Хорошего всем дня! Один балл!! Гостиница 4 звезды, ресторан, территория, выход к воде, беседки, шатёр для мероприятий. Всё есть. Но! Всё плохо. Номер убрали, но без пылесоса, не помыли стаканы, но добавили чайный пакетик, не проверки пыль. Ресторан нулевой! Завтраки ужасные, печень с плесенью, столы не убраны, со вчера валяются остатки еды, готовят плохо, На территории было бы очень хорошо, если бы хоть кто-то этим занимался. А теперь цена: 7 т. за ночь минимум, 7 т. за беседку, и т.п. Дорога прям рядом. Ночью отключили воду. На вопрос всегда ли так, ответа не было. Минибар нало заказывать, но ещё и ходить за ним самому. Эх... Всем удачи.

Проживали в стандартном 2х-местном номере. Большая ванная комната с ванной, хороший вид из окна. Балкон со стульями и столиком ( внешне напомнило отели на Черном море). Понравилась территория отеля - все убрано, чисто и красиво. Есть своя охраняемая парковка. Много мест, где провести время в окружении природы: качели, гамаки, 2 небольших фонтана, футбольное поле, теннисный стол, место для костра и беседки с мангалами. Есть свой выход к воде (пляжу или месту рыбалки - кому что интереснее). Очень приятный, вежливый и внимательный персонал. Еда в ресторане так же очень понравилась, особенно судак в панировке - в том числе и ради него вернулись бы сюда снова. Порции достаточно большие, сытные. Арендовали VIP зал с хамамом, бассейном и бильярдом и остались очень довольны.

Отмечали свадьбу в отеле Флагман, в шатре, в июле 2023 года. Управляющий Мирослав умница, очень профессионально общался, предложил отличное меню, посоветовал идеальную расстановку столов, даже помог с разгрузкой алкоголя) мы в полном восторге от него, спасибо ему огромное. Из минусов - после праздника мы оставили все, что привезли, а именно - алкоголь, свадебный торт, часть подарков в шатре, огромное количество еды, потому что часть гостей уехала раньше. На утро - от 10кг торта осталось две коробочки грамм на 500, лоточек с чесноком, лоточек с селёдкой, лоточек с сыром и овощами и, собственно все. Форель, мясо, гарнир - все благополучно растворилось в шатре. На логичные вопросы - а где наша еда? Получили - прошлая смена не работает, вам все отдали. До сих пор ждём внятный ответ)
