Set up for one or two families to enjoy, there are four bedrooms and two living areas (one upstairs, one downstairs) both with large screen TV's and DVD players. There are also two bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. The kitchen and main living room are upstairs Extras include Foxtel, free NBN WIFI, Sony playstation and an Airhockey table that will keep the kids busy for hours! Also enjoy the extensive collection of board games, DVD's and books to enjoy as you curl up on the deck and watch the amazing sunsets. Also features r/c air conditioning both levels, Coonara wood heater, kitchen with coffee machine and filtered water. To make your beach holiday perfect we also provide 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella and 6 beach towels for guest use. *BYO linen and bath towels. Doona's and pillows provided. Linen hire available at $40 per person. Well behaved, house-trained dogs are always welcome, and our property is fully fenced. 270 degrees is a short walk to the back beach and a short drive to the front beach. We are 3 minutes drive from the Peninsula Hot Springs and moments from world class golf courses. Minimum age for rental is 25. *sorry no schoolies accepted*.
