First impressions were great. We arrived late in the evening, the reception staff were friendly and we were given water, sandwiches, fruit and biscuits when we arrived as the kitchen had closed. There was no issue with bringing drinks from the bar to the rooms so we could put the children to bed and still enjoy a drink on our first night. We stayed in the one-bedroom studio with a lovely patio attached. The room was clean and well set up, modern in its finish. The travel cot was already set up and there was a baby bath in the bathroom. There was a fully equipped kitchenette in the room (plates, glasses, pots/ pans, kettle, toaster, cutlery, washing up stuff) Only thing missing with this was actual tea and coffee for making drinks in the room but I’ve not stayed in a Spanish hotel before so not sure whether or not this would be the norm. The TV got CBeebies, which was a lifesaver! The hotel is a split site across two sides of the road but this was no inconvenience and didn’t add on any time or distance to getting between facilities. We stayed in October so the hotel wasn’t overly busy and felt a safe place to be. There was beach access from the hotel- with sun loungers to rent for 5€. There was red flags up most the days we were there so not sure if this is the norm for Sa Coma beach or it was just because of the time of year or the recent bad weather. Our stay was great and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and would be more than happy to stay here again.
