Die Wohnung ist eine Dachwohnung in einem abends sehr belebten Viertel. Das heißt, man ist mitten drin, heißt aber auch, dass wenn man die Dachfenster öffnet, starker Lärm von der Straße eindringt - und das bis spät in die Nacht. Die Rollos vor den Fenstern sind leider nicht blickdicht. Die Einzimmerwohnung ist groß und hell und interessant (etwas loftartig) eingerichtet, wenngleich die Qualität von allem sehr billig ist. Dazu gehören leider auch das Bett, die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher. Das Badezimmer ist mit groß und hell, aber leider auch nicht „blickdicht“. Bis in den dritten Stock kann es - je nach Kondition - mühsam sein, denn es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl. Gut aber ist, dass man einen Parkplatz dazubuchen kann. Das ist auch sehr zu empfehlen, denn Parkplätze sind knapp in der Nähe. Der Vermieter könnte mit geringem Aufwand vieles verschönern, aber andererseits ist die Wohnung sehr günstig. Wer eine günstige Unterkunft mitten in der Stadt sucht und nicht zu anspruchsvoll ist, wird hier fündig.
