All the staff, including Housekeeping, were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The view from our room was onto the main street, and we could see the old castle, church and the Christmas Ferris Wheel. Breakfast was always delicious. The room itself was very comfortable, including the bed. One thing I have to mention is that there are two separate doonas (duvets) on the bed...which is great when one partner likes to hog the "blankets" at night-time. The hotel was close to everything. I was able to order a lactose free hot chocolate, (which certainly made my day!) downstairs. The drinks list, and the wine list are great, covering a variety of drinks for all. Will definitely come back and stay here next time

This hotel is in good condition, however there are some serious limitations to the design and decisions: -rooms are fairly small and two people with luggages means it is very crowded -there is very little shelving, storage, or closet space. It’s almost as if they expected guests to not bring anything -there is zero air conditioning, so that is false advertising. We were told to open the window. Okay fine except we are next to a noisy road. There is not even a functioning fan. I cannot get a good night’s sleep here.

Good chain hotel. Small but clean and quiet room with friendly staff and central location. The price is also good. Room size is good for a single traveller. The hotel though apparently assigns randomly smaller and bigger rooms for people travelling in twos, which is good to know before hand.

I was very impressed with the quality of this hotel and room. I stayed at Motel 1 for 5 nights and it was money well spent. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet which meant I had a good night's sleep every night. Breakfast had a wide choice of food and it was good to note that breakfast was available from 6 am till 10 am. The staff are attentive and friendly too. The location is very good for its easy access to the River and city areas with businesses, shops and restaurants all around the area of the hotel.

Good value for money. Great location. Nice facilities. Beautiful design. Convenient for business trips. Good bed and linens. Nice breakfast, not exceptional, simple but ok. The only think they need to work is on the water clogs in bathroom shower which somehow is disgusting.

Das Motel One Saarbrücken hat eine moderne und funktionale Ausstattung die ähnlich/identisch ist mit anderen Hotels der Gruppe. Es liegt fast direkt an der Fussgänger Zone mit vielen Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zimmer und Bäder sind modern ausgestattet, die Betten bequem. Das Frühstück zeichnet sich aus durch viele Bioprodukte. Kaffee und Säfte sind sehr gut und viel besser als in weit teureren Hotels. Vom Preis-Leistung Verhältnis ist das Motel One Saarbrücken Top! Schwachpunkt ist die geringe Anzahl an Parkplätzen in der Tiefgarage. Gegen 18:00 ist die Chance hier noch einen Parkplatz zu finden gleich Null. Dies ist insbesondere ein Problem da auch der nächste öffentliche Parkplatz am Staatstheater bereits länger und auch bei unserem Besuch ausser Betrieb ist.

Es war unsere erste Übernachtung in einem Motelone und wir waren sehr positiv überrascht. Das Hotel (gilt vermutlich für die gesamte Kette) war deutlich hochwertiger als wir erwartet hatten. Sehr geschmackvoller Eingangsbreich, geschmackvoll, zweckmäßig und modern eingerichtete Zimmer. Sehr gute Matratzen. Alles sehr gepflegt und sauber, sehr gutes Housekeeping. Äußerst freundliches Personal. Schneller Check-In. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit frischen Produkten, gute Auswahl. Bar mit einem reichhaltigen Angebot, was man in Hotels dieser Kategorie eigentlich nicht mehr findet. Ideal in der Altstadt gelegen,viele restaurants drum herum. Die Fenster sind hervorragend, so dass man die straße nicht hört, sollte man ein Zimmerzur Vorderseite haben. Leider ist das Parkhaus zur Zeit nicht nutzbar un das gegenüberliegebdeöffentliche Parkhaus ist in renovierung. Aber man kann gut im Parkhaus P$ parken und den weg bequem zu Fuß zurücklegen.

Es ist schade, dass man in diesem Motel leider nicht gut übernachten kann bzw. schlafen. Ich habe mich sehr geekelt, da über all noch Gebrauchsspuren waren wie haare überall im Badezimmer. Die Lounge ist ok, aber die Bedingung (Mitarbeiter) bedauerlicherweise nicht. Die Bedienungen (Mitarbeiter) waren bis jetzt nicht wirklich freundlich und die Getränke musste man vorne an der Bar bestellen. Da werde ich nicht mehr hingehen oder empfehlen. (Ich habe mir am selben Tag ein neues Hotel Zimmer gebucht allerdings woanders.)
