Thanks to the staff for upgrading the room for us, we can enjoy the beautiful view of Matterhorn from the terrace, which is very happy. The room is spacious, has a self-service dining area, and is fully equipped with stoves and cooking utensils. It is very suitable for skiers. The bathroom is very clean, there is a bathtub for soaking, and there is also a public swimming pool and spa. It's a pity that I didn't check-in earlier. I must come earlier next time to enjoy it. The location is excellent, only 4 minutes away from the train station, and it's easy to walk with your suitcase. It is walking distance from Gornergrat and Sunnegga stations, and there is a bus stop at the door to the Metterhorn Glacier Paradise cable car station. Breakfast is very rich and delicious. This stay is really worth the money👍🏼

A 5 star boutique hotel that delivered a five star experience. Staff were welcoming and friendly. The room facilities were excellent comparable to the best. The service provided cannot be matched. Leo, Hector and Mathieu were outstanding. One of the best hotels we have stayed in which includes Mt Cervin and Zermatohof in Zermatt, Stegenberger Belvedere in Davos, Chedi in Andermatt and Mandarin Oriental in Zurich. The genuine attention to details by the staff was unmatched in our travels and delivered the five star experience. Thank you staff of Capra Hotel.

Saas-Fee is the only place we have been back too and return after 17 years for golden anniversary was not a disappointment. Hotel was great and the food superb. Pool etc are well maintained and not too busy Nicely located for village with 'taxi' too and from bus station. Staff are friendly and efficient

The family who own and run the Hotel Allalin have been providing lovely accommodations for many years. This time my partner brought along a virus and was in bed for our entire stay. The spacious room with balcony, its modern appointments and cleanliness and the elegant, delicious 5-course dinners were all perfect, despite the circumstances. Familie Zurbriggen, along with the entire hotel staff, were kind, thoughtful and accommodating throughout. We look forward to returning to Saas-Fee and the Hotel Allalin.

Another excellent trip to The Bristol and Saas-Fee. Reto and his team were all great and on-point. Best views and service levels possible in my opinion - hard to find a better location - was possible to ski directly to/from boot room (we had 2 days of fresh snow upon arrival) Already looking forward to the next trip. 5 stars

We stayed at the Europa hotel beginning of November as a family of 3. The season was barely starting. We did not feel welcome at all by the hotel manager. We did arrive a little early and it was made very clear to us that check-in was only from 3pm... They finally agreed to hand us the keys (we were one of very few guests in the hotel). Food at the restaurant was ok, although there was a mixup with our order. Room was clean, although quite old and would need to be a bit updated. Interaction at checkout was not better, when asking questions of a possible stay later this year. I think it is a shame for Saas Fee and the Swiss hospitality industry to witness this and I would not recommend this hotel for your stay.

Like all hotels in Saas-Fee, you just have to ask to get the people collecting you at the parking (Saas-fee is car-free). But, I can tell you that they went far and beyond our expectations to be pleasant even in little details. - Very nice ”gala dinner” proposed ahead of our arrival (and at a reasonable price) - Not putting any pressure on our eating in the hôtel, they offered many different options to eat out. - The Valais was offering vouchers (Covid-19 consequence) that they helped redeem. - They included Saastal card to get free cable cars for a couple of days. - A few little sweet niceties I won't describe to avoid creating expectations, but we felt like welcome friends, rather than customers.
