The modern and tastefull furnished 3,5 room appartment (70 m2) has 2 doublerooms, 1 living room, kitchen, shower/toilet. On the ground floor there is a storage area for ski equipment. A covered terrasse on the south side. Private parking space next to the house.

Tourist tax with SaastalCard Summer (06.01 - 10.31): CHF 11.00 for adults/day, CHF 5.50 for children (6 - 15.99 years). Tourist tax with SaastalCard Winter (11.01 - 05.31): CHF 7.40 for adults/day, CHF 3.70 for children (6 - 15.99 years). (plus VAT 8.1%). These costs will be collected on site!
