They are aware they are housing an online predator between rooms 16 and 18 . No kids or plastic blow up, silicone dolls are safe. Management know about this but fail to remove him. He is a serious danger to vulnerable people too and most likely some women.

This place is bad. The only thing worse than the Motel People that live there, hanging around outside, is the help. Everything about this place is filthy, stinks and the room is bad too. If you stay here you will regret it.
