"We recently stayed at the Ronta world (Zirakpur) , which is conveniently located near our exhibition center that is palm banquet resort. The food was excellent, and the staff were cooperative and friendly.
However, we did experience a few issues with the rooms:
- Mobile phone network coverage was unavailable in the rooms.
- Although WiFi passwords were provided, the internet connection was not working in the rooms.
Overall, the hotel has potential, but these connectivity issues need to be addressed.

The room was neat and clean. But there was no tissue paper in the washroom and not even given a towel. However, they provided tea, coffee and electric cattle which is commendable.

My experience at Ronta hotel, Zirakpur was the WORST experience I have ever had. First I checked in on 1st November and had to check out on 2nd as I was traveling further to Himachal Pradesh. The receptionist, Mansi(if she told her real name) was so rude and her attitude was beyond pathetic. She denied sending staff to even bring our luggage to the room. For everything we asked her response was horrible and she doesn't have the basic courtesy to even talk to senior citizens. Then I spoke to the manager on call and raised a complaint. I was assured that this shall not happen again so while returning from Himachal on 8th November, I chose to continue with my booking at Ronta. This time some bell boy was at the reception who again was so rude, made us ask him 10 times to take the luggage to our rooms. On top of that there were no towels in the rooms, bathrooms smelled pathetic, leakage all over the basins. I called at the housekeeping number but nobody picked up so I called at the Reception to ask for towels. so the same person sitting there gave me the personal numbers of housekeeping staff that you can call them, they're not picking up my calls. I mean how do you deal with such a pathetic staff. Then again I had to call the manager, who by the way is never present at the property. No wonder the staff is such a horrible one. Anyway, my suggestion - DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PLACE FOR YOUR STAY.
