Top hotel, impeccable service, we had full board, we were treated like kings, lunch and dinner à la carte food very well served with color, taste and very well presented 5 stars bravo chef, the waiters also really at the service of the staff of the profession bravo because I am in the profession myself, I am also a chef, breakfast lacks a real espresso coffee otherwise everything is spotless the spacious rooms. It was Ramadan. All hotel services were closed without prior notice. It's supposed to be an international hotel. The facilities and the hotel are great, and brand new, but when we arrived, we found everything closed and couldn't do anything but stay in our room. It was impossible to get there or get around without transportation. It wasn't indicated that the hotel was closed during Ramadan. The hotel service could have been significantly improved. The hotel was inexperienced, and the managers didn't want to show their faces.

I had so much fun , the animation team was so fun andamazing , there are do many activities that I enjoyed like ping-pong ,dancing, and a lot of games at the pool , the service was very good , also the food are so delicious , the hotel is close to the beach and an supermarket (Marjan)

From first getting into the building you can sense the positive vibes it generates. The front office staff are so friendly when you meet Kholoud there. Then there are the animation staff starting with Hakim, Charlo,Hicham,and DJ Abdo.they make you feel like home. They take care of the kids , they provide you with anything you need. .they animate different activities in the pool area: waterpolo, table tennis , they make you dance in the pool which crazy hh. They re so friendly . The buffet is outstanding , various dishes with hilarious flavors. Actually the choice is not easy to fill your stomach. You can try out all but you need time. You can move smoothly from didferent salads and sauce to fish or meat .to fruit and drinks. It s not just a buffet but it s an art gallery. Moving ti the room: it has a nice view , very clean and charming. I really enjoy my time off here . Planning to come back very soon again
