We are very excited to share our newest beach home in St. Augustine florida. We absolutely fell in love with this home and property as it was a family compound for 50 years. Over an acre of sandy backyard leading to the beach. We have renovated the homes with new appliances, fixtures and tile while maintaining the original architectural design. Cozy yey spacious home has a lovely enclosed deck lading to an upper outdoor balcoy overlooking the gorgeous ocean.
Mermaid overlooks the magnificent Vilano Beach. Our home sits on 1 acre of sandy backyard with palm trees, hammocks, charcoal grill and yard games.
