Original heart pine floors and large windows make the 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage feel like your home away from home. Guests can enjoy ultra comfy queen-size beds and fully-equipped kitchen with a Keurig, coffee machine, Brita water filter (to avoid use of plastic bottles) and all cooking essentials. The cottage has a smart TV, desk, fast wifi and laundry, making it ideal for getaways short and long. The wraparound deck has a an outdoor dining table and a reading nook off of the primary bedroom. It also has a heated outdoor shower. In the cottage you'll also find a welcome book with curated recommendations for fantastic local restaurants, beaches and activities. Note: The property has a detached 1-bedroom guest house in the back with separate parking, entry and outdoor hangout zones. The two structures are designed in a way to allow for privacy from one another, and they don't share any common areas. Strictly no parties allowed.
