You will be charged extra fee for everyday you are staying in the resort. Totally uncalled for because the activities were not what we wanted to use.

Our family of four enjoyed our stay at this beautiful resort. The grounds are lovely, and the pool is family friendly with good visibility to all areas. We had a one bedroom unit but it was thoughtfully laid out so that we could cook and hang out without feeling cramped. The resort is about 30 minutes by car from the downtown St. Augustine area.

Very nice location. Good facilities. Welcoming staff. Howerver if you are not Blue / Green owners soon to be Hilton vacation club be prepared to pay amenity fee $20 + tax per day to cover activities ---- horse shoes, grills, table tennis, parking, pool towels, tennis equipment etc.

I would not recommend staying at this resort. There are no streaming capabilities on theTV, the furniture is old and past its prime and difficult to sit on. The whole unit is in need of a facelift. The resort area does not have any restaurants except for one on the property. Tons of traffic. It’s not really near anything.

Area appeared wonderful, but had nothing to offer other than the golf course. Lobby dated, no extras. Resort fee of $20 per day offered nothing. Not cookies, not a spa robe. Paddles for pickle ball and a Frisbie di no quality as resort extras. Staff was adequate, not friendly. No concierge, no discounts into St. Augustine.. Room was dark, appliances etc all worked, pillow and bedding average. good amojunt of towels. 20 minutes to get into St. Augustine. St Augustine worth it.

Clean and well-kept 2-bedroom unit. Safe and quiet area. Very pleasant and helpful staff. The one thing I didn't appreciate was a call from the sales desk before arrival. I told him we weren't interested in a tour or going over our account. He asked what we would be doing during our stay and would we be golfing, I said yes and he told me a welcome package would be waiting with coupons for everything. When we arrived there was no package waiting we needed to go to the sales desk, Jeff tied to get us to sit through a presentation again even though I told him no on the phone. The coupons were generic books you could pick up anywhere. When I asked him where the golf discounts were we spoke about on the phone he said oh I can give you that if you come to a presentation...not what was said on the phone before arrival. Other than that very happy with the stay.
