Pam was a very welcoming host - her dogs were a little too welcoming if you are not used to dogs! Emms Cottage was comfortable but a little tired and dated. It is located on a very noisy and busy main road so if you are not used to traffic noise this will wake you up very early. Well located for a visit to the Eden Project.

My daughter and I stayed at Emm's Cottage for 2 nights whilst visiting the Eden Project and The Lost Gardens of Heligan. The cottage is lovely and our room had everything we needed including a very comfortable bed. We had sole use of the bathroom. Pam was very helpful with advice for eating places and an alternative traffic free route to the Eden Project. She also cooks a delicious breakfast! I would definitely stay there again if in the area and am happy to recommend it.

We stayed at the cottage on 26th & 27th June 2023, Pam greeted us as we arrived, there is a country cottage garden which is charming, we found Pam a lovely lady who was very easy to chat with, the room and bathroom was immaculate and very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and cooked fresh, we enjoyed our stay at Emms Cottage and are very pleased to recommend it and excellent value for money. We had a really lovely two night stay here . Pam is a fantastic host and the cottage is cute and homely . Pam’s full English breakfasts are really delicious with the best quality ingredients ! Highly recommend ! We felt so relaxed here and slept well in the massive bed !
