Très déçu par toutes les prestations... Tout d'abord très difficile d'effectuer une résa sur le site et impensable d'être obligé de payer une communication téléphonique pour pallier cette difficulté. Puis arrivé dans une chambre au Rdc qui donne sur le parking ce qui fait que nous avons vécu dans la chambre les stores fermés. Ensuite un lit qui grince au moindre mouvement et qui nous a réveillé à plusieurs reprises... mais pire c'est qu'après en avoir averti le personnel dès le lendemain matin rien n'a été fait pour pallier ce problème. Et pour ce qui est du petit déjeuner, quasiment plus rien à 9h les deux matins (plus de viennoiseries, plus de pain frais !!) Et enfin cerise sur le gâteau, nous avons été prélevé une fois de plus pour une résa qui n'avait pas aboutie (mail de confirmation reçu avant de recommencer l'opération.) A une semaine de notre séjour, toujours pas de remboursement sur notre compte
