As we were totally ignorant of this place Reunion, we chose to stay 2 nights here first, which is at city centre, before we moved to higher hills in St Dennis for better overview of the city. The hotel is functional, cleanliness ok, we slept well. Neighborhood rather quiet especially at night. The front desk man during night shift is nice and tried endeavour to reply us although he spoke nearly zero English (and we know zero French except Bonjour). The lady in daytime can speak English, very helpful and equally nice friendly. We used this hotel as a base to go round the city. We stayed in early Jan 2023 and it's a long public holiday here, so only a few shops and decent restaurants or eateries opened. Everything is fine here. Recommended. But if you want to stay in a more romantic and fancy place, better go other hotels uphill of the city.

Très bonne surprise. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Emplacement idéal proche des loisirs. Personnel aimable. Parking exigu néanmoins. Propreté impeccable. La vue est superbe sur l’océan et les rues de Saint-Denis. Literie impeccable.

Accueil vraiment sympathique nous permettant l'accès au parking dès notre arrivée. Petit déjeuner buffet complet. Hôtel central pour une visite facile d'accès aux points principaux du chef-lieu. Chambre petite mais bien fonctionnelle.

Les lits sont confortables. Les WC ainsi que la SDB sont séparés, ce qui est fort plaisant. La télé est sur le bureau en face du lit ce qui n'est pas pratique pour travailler sur le bureau. Accès pour personnes en fauteuil roulant, grâce à des rampes mais aussi à un ascenseur !

Franchement, j'ai du mal à croire que cet hôtel soit classé 3 étoiles. On a l'impression d'un hôtel ancien où on a fait quelques améliorations cosmétiques là où il faudrait une sérieuse rénovation. Chambre à la déco très sommaire (notre rideau était décroché à notre arrivée, il l'est resté durant notre séjour), frigo vide, bouilloire mais aucun sachet de thé ou de café, produits de courtoisie limités à un flacon de gel douche... tout cela fait bien pauvre. Le petit déjeuner nous a également déçu par son choix limité et la présentation des produits (pot de confiture où tout le monde pioche, unique morceau de beure à couper dans une assiette...). Comme toujours à la Réunion, heureusement qu'il y a l'équipe, gentille et serviable. L'hôtel a également l'atout d'être bien situé dans le centre de St Denis (mais vue sur l'immeuble d'en face) et de disposer d'un parking fermé.

Très bon accueil, dans notre chambre nous attendait une belle assiettes de fruits préparée avec attention et 2 jus de fruit bien frais. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié car nous avons pû nous rafraîchir avant de nous d'étendre à la piscine. Le personnel est à notre écoute et très agréable.
