Beautiful location. A little remote but Rachel's directions were excellent as was the supper she prepared for me at a moment's notice when I arrived late for dinner. Breakfast was lovely with freshly made pancakes and friendly conversation (in spite of my terrible French). The other guest was from the U.S.A. A friendly and interesting man who wished 'blessings on my journey'. Unusual but much appreciated. Could only stay the one night, wished it could have been for longer. A unique and enjoyable experience.

Un séjour d’une nuit dans un endroit exceptionnel. Nous avons réservé dernière minute une chambre suite double, très bien aménagée avec une superbe vue. Nous étions en direction de Lyon pour visiter une amie. Rachel, l’hôte nous a contacté pour nous avertir qu’il commençait à neiger et viendrait nous chercher à Planfoy, le village à 3 km de Fortance. Une maîtresse de maison chaleureuse, attentionnée et accueillante. Un seul regret de ne pas être resté une 2ème nuit.

Pour les amoureux de la nature et de la tranquillité. La propriétaire vous accueille chaleureusement dans ses chambres décorées avec beaucoup de goût et atypique au cœur de la forêt. Pour ne rien gâcher tout est parfait, aménagement fonctionnel, literie confortable, un vrai moment de bonheur. Après avoir passé une bonne nuit, vous pourrez prendre un merveilleux petit-déjeuner fait maison, un régal.

Dans cet environnement, j’ai soufflé, j’ai respiré, j’ai vibré. Lieu unique, accueil sincère. Inutile de vous décrire le petit déjeuner, c’est une explosion fleurie, un ravissement pour les papilles, les yeux, le coeur. Sans parler de la chaleur naturelle que dégage le lieu qui se fond harmonieusement dans une nature, belle de surcroît. Qui incite à un besoin évident de cheminer sur les sentiers à proximité. Là, les arbres, le milieu, s’accorde avec le lieu. Pierres, bois, art, se mélangent au génie de la propriétaire de ce gite d’exception. Profitez ! ;) Nathalie
