Disappointed with our stay here. We booked the “romantic” room for 1 night after a 4 day camping trip. Room looked very little like the photo. Was looking forward to a hot shower after camping but there was none, only a bathtub. The room was in the basement which made it smell damp and sour. Air conditioning did not work and no option to open a window. There was a huge pile of damp and dirty towels on the floor in the small hallway leading to the room that was never picked up during our stay. There’s no soundproofing; you can hear everything through the walls and constant loud stomping from upstairs especially since the breakfast room is directly above this room. The included breakfast was basic; toast, cereal, yogurt which is generally fine however everything was mostly empty with no one around to refill things. No fruit or water available. Reception was unwelcoming and overall the room did not match our expectations for a “romantic” stay based on the description. Didn’t use the hot tub after seeing the state of the bnb as we doubted its cleanliness. The terrace in the back and the view of the river is really nice and the bed was comfy but sadly would not recommend based on the price.

Clean hostel but in need of love and renovations. Absent soundproofing and noisy piping in the room, however the bed was comfortable. A big zero for environmental awareness; plastic dishes and utensils and non-recyclable cardboard at lunch; hygiene products in the bathroom individually wrapped, all in small sachets. Unacceptable in 2022, a change is needed. Too bad because this hostel has potential. It is well located near services and highways while being in a quiet area by the river.

easy to find at the entrance to ST FELICIEN but far from any trade in a village where restaurants are almost non-existent apart from the mac do, a Chinese and a restaurant from the Mikes chain, this hostel offers average comfort and an unoriginal breakfast

Je suis d’accord avec Sebastien H. (Commentaires de 2023), Quel dommage que je ne pas lu son avis avant de réserver ! Accueil quasi nul : aucune explication reçue par rapport au petit déjeuner, au jacuzzi, aux environs, etc. La seule chose qui les intéressait est que l’on paie immédiatement la totalité de notre séjour (2 nuits). Qualité du petit déjeuner épouvantable : café qui chauffe pendant des heures, bagels dégelés, croissants mous, pas de fromage ni de charcuterie, table non nettoyée entre les différents clients. C’est moins que le « service minimum » ! Chambres propres mais éclairage moche, pas de bouchon à la baignoire, air conditionné pas réglable, et dans une des chambres : impossibilité d’ouvrir la fenêtre. L’extérieur a beaucoup de potentiel mais on n’en profite pas car tout est sale. Il semble qu’ils ne connaissent pas l’usage d’un balai et d’une éponge. L’escalier qui mène à la rivière est vraiment très sale, tout comme les bancs sur les différents paliers et les bancs du jardin, près du brasero et les tables extérieures ! Résultat : on ne s’installe pas au jardin, on n’admire pas la rivière sur les paliers du grand escalier. A éviter absolument !

Hôtel bien avec pas trop d accueil à l entrée. La chambre propre sauf le ventilateur au plafond qui était plein de poussières . La climatisation est centrale et pas assez puissante donc fraîche seulement . Déjeuner continental correcte. Le prix de la chambre était correct.

La chambre économique au sous sol est petite et humide. Accueil très ordinaire. On ne nous a pas informé de se rendre au déjeuner, ni offert d’aller au spa et le fonctionnement. Le spa était propre mais on en a profité de 15 min sur trois jours. De toute façon beaucoup trop chaud. Pas de disponibilité. Correct pour un in and out sans plus. Je ne retournerai pas la c’est certain. Personne sur place. Froid vieux comme endroit. Déjeuner bagel, rôties, céréales, gruau, Jus et café à volonté. Près du zoo, du planetarium, kart et miniput.

Literie de bonne qualité mais c’est bien le seul point positif car les négatifs sont légion: ventilation bruyante, air conditionné bloqué à 16-17 degrés, accueil sommaire voire effacé, petit déjeuner basique voire inexistant sur des tables sales (plus de beurre ni de lait lors de la seconde heure de service), extérieurs peu entretenus pourtant la situation et la bâtisse ont du potentiel à exploiter avec davantage de sérieux. Un changement d’équipe et de politique de gestion s’impose pour que cet établissement puisse être recommandé!

L’hôtel offre un bon rapport qualité-prix. Mention à la jeune dame qui fait tout son possible pour que votre séjour soit agréable. On dirait qu’elle tient l’hôtel toute seule… Le déjeuner est très basique mais correct. La chambre était propre, côté rue mais bien insonorisée tout de même. La terrasse et le ponton avec vue sur le lac sont un atout. Dommage que la poubelle extérieure déborde. Il manquerait aussi un petit débit de boisson pour profiter encore plus de la terrasse

Chambre pas du tout conforme à la photo (pour la chambre familialeavec vue, beaucoup plus petit et les lits ne sont pas King size mais c'est du 140cm max. Manque de propreté et petit déjeuner très basique. Sinon l'accueil très bien par un jeune homme et jacuzzi très agréable.
