Hotel Le Bellevue

Don't be fooled by the beautiful photos of the exteriors, the swimming pool, and the art deco style. This hotel does not deserve your consideration. Tiny and frankly dilapidated rooms. It is not by changing the frame of the bed and the 2 pieces of furniture that you renovate a room!!! Dirty bath in its own juice. Fair housekeeping (photo) And finally a catastrophic welcome and sense of service. Unpleasant and without any sense of customer service. The only downside is a very kind and helpful young woman in the morning at the PDJ. Go on your way!!!!!

The hotel is very well located, its swimming pool is superb with a view of the sea. The only problem is that the air conditioning failed in the night and as a result it made an abominable noise and we did not close the 'eye of the night. The lady at reception was very nice. The small one already costs 11 euros, good but nothing more. To recommend without hesitation !

No air conditioning, so couldn't sleep... Mosquitoes and obviously woke up early to close the shutters so as not to be bothered this time by the day... warned the staff twice, who assured us that everything was back in the room. order after resetting the air conditioning remote control....too bad.

We had reserved 2 rooms with accommodation and breakfast included for 4 of our clients for the night of May 28 to 29, 2023. On the hotel's website and on the Triadvisor site, no information concerning the refusal of dogs (except in the restaurant) is not mentioned anywhere. When the guests arrived at the hotel at the end of the day on May 28, they were simply refused access to the rooms and they were forced to find accommodation elsewhere (opposite). All this wouldn't really matter if it weren't for the fact that we had paid for the rooms by credit card in the amount of €204 before the guests arrived, an amount that the hotel is now refusing stubbornly to reimburse us (with an extremely unpleasant tone used by the manager of the establishment on the phone who viciously reproached me for our lack of professionalism without worrying about his own shortcomings in terms of information). In short, a way of doing things that looks more like a scam than anything else!

Beautiful hotel a stone's throw from the center of Saint Florenz, it is easily found on the main street, you will find it in a well-kept garden with a splendid and clean swimming pool, an excellent restaurant, a tennis court and a nice car park, we are 220 meters from the sea, a free beach with stones in hotel to sleep with breakfast separately unfortunately the only disappointment definitely needs to be reviewed the rooms are small but comfortable and in any case a beautiful hotel to definitely return for the starting point for other places
