Si vous cherchez un 4 étoiles à Saint Flour, venez au Cit Hotel. 3 étoiles mais qui en valent 4. Le restaurant est divin et les desserts concoctés par la chef patissière sont sublimes. Frais et de saison la cuisine de réinvente au Cit Hotel. Niveau literie c'est horrible on ne veut plus quitter le lit pour aller bosser tellement on a bien dormi. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

J’ai séjourné une nuit en soirée étape. Arrivé après 22h on m’avait préparé la meilleure salade lyonnaise que j’ai gouté, avec du pain chaud, directement dans ma chambre. La chambre était très propre et spacieuse. Pour ce qui est du personnel, rien à dire, professionnel et sympathique. Un des meilleurs logis dans lequel j’ai séjourné. Tout est à la hauteur, je recommande !

Accueil très agréable, personnel dans l'ensemble très aimable, avenant, souriant. Chambre avec salle de bain confortable, literie de bonne qualité, cuisine délicieuse, petit-déjeuner buffet bien fourni, parking réservé, tout était réuni pour un séjour formidable. Merci

Excellent accueil , excellent rapport qualité /prix , très belle table ……. Nous sommes arrivés plus tard que prévu : 21h30 et on nous a proposé une planche de charcuterie fromage pour dépanner … Superbe !! Chambre très correcte…à refaire sans hésitation

Bon rapport qualité / prix. La soirée étape à 104 euros est d’un très bon rapport : le menu pour le dîner est très très bien (avec entrée / plat / fromages (très bons et c’est assez rare de nos jours) / dessert) et très bon petit déjeuner également. Chambre un peu vétuste mais Tout à fait confortable.

Chambre spacieuse, propre et calme, literie confortable, wc indépendant. Nous sommes tombés une nuit de canicule et heureusement que les chambres étaient équipées d'un ventilateur ! Le petit-déjeuner copieux et varié. Le plus : restaurant au pied de l'hôtel.

Un très bon hôtel que je recommande vivement, autant pour son infrastructure que pour pour son personnel. L'hôtel est facile à trouver, et la chambre était très calme. Après une randonnée éprouvante, nous avons apprécié le restaurant de l'hôtel, très qualitatif.
