NewStar Hotel is a fantastic hotel. Rooms are clean and tidy. Staffs are kind and nice. The manager Urs is a real gentlemen. Hope everyone will book this hotel and I'm sure you will have a wonderful journey in St.Gallen!

The room was nice and quite big. I don't know if it was due to the energy price, but the room temperature was a bit low. There is a restaurant in the hotel, but the taste is quite average. It is not recommended to try it.

Apartment was very clean and spacious. Accomodation was very well equipped with fridge, picrowaves oven, etc ... Staff is very kind and helpful. Location is great, not far away of the shopping mall and main companies.

The room size is amazing .. definitely bigger than other places i have stayed in St. Gallen Service was great as was the employees. Everyone was so nice and smiling all the time. This is not my first time there and sure won't be the last
