If you want authentic, cozy and comfort hotel in Saint Gervais, then that's what you need. It’s has a good location, just 10 minutes by walk to the cabin lift and has a bus stop across the street. Very warm and pleasant service. This place has everything you need for an excellent skiing trip.

Everything was perfect! The only point would be the water pressure, which could be improved for an even better experience.

Wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of the town, walking distance to bars, shops and restaurants including Michelin Star! Sebastian the owner is a superb host always there with a smile and warmth that made our stay so memorable. Thank you. Free parking in the main car park a 2 minute walk to the hotel. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel was small but VERY welcoming. We arrived slightly early and Sébastien let us check into our room at 3pm instead of the usual 4pm. We left our bags when we arrived early at the hotel and had a little walk round the town, by the time we got back Sébastien had already took our bags up to our room for us which was a very thoughtful and kind gesture. We stayed in the deluxe room and it was a gorgeous room with an up to date bathroom with a shower. We had a lovely balcony which has gorgeous views of the mountains and the town. During our stay we did not opt for breakfast but the offer was there if we did want it. The only slight downfall would be that there is a rule that you cannot eat in the rooms due to hygiene reasons and if you do then there will be a €150 fine. This was a bit of a awkward issue for me and my partner as at the end of the day in a hotel we would normally sit in bed with a tea / coffee and biscuits and wind down for the evening but unfortunately we wasn’t able to do this. This however was not a major issue and did not impact our stay in any way at all. Our stay at the hotel was 10/10 and would recommend it to anyone! It was local to the town with everything in a 10 minute walk reach. We did rent a car as on the hotel website it stated there was 300 parking spaces in Escape Mont Blanc but please be wary that we did struggle to find a parking space every night when we was here. We only got parked in the multi story car park once and had to drive around 10-15 minutes to find an alternative!

We absolutely loved this hotel. It’s perfectly located and has a really cosy chalet feel to it. Sebastian was so friendly and welcoming and saved the day when our car broke down just as we needed to head to the airport. Great breakfast too- we will definitely be back!

This hotel was a delight! Sebastien was so attentive and helpful. The location was ideal. I loved the boutique feel with the mix of classic chalet hotel with modern decor and touches. We felt very welcome as a family. We loved it so much we reserved for next year on our departure!
