Comfortable, small hotel in a quiet but central location. Easy walk to ski lift. Clean rooms, though a bit warm when we went (3 sunny end of season ski days). Beds large and comfortable. Breakfast was ample, scrambled eggs were delicious and bread and pastries fresh. Limited choice for vegans but cereal and bread and brought my own milk. Sebastián was a welcoming host and gave great recommendations for restaurants. Nice touch of cold meats with our beers in evening - delicious. All agreed we will be back

Wanted a small hotel for a ski base. Could not have been better. Lovely quaint genuine hotel , Sebastian is charming and looked after us. Rooms 10 ( upstairs ) and 31 down stairs both perfect. Thank you 🤩 for all your recommendations, lovely near by restaurants. We will definitely re book if coming back to St G .

The lovely receptionists are so pretty and super friendly! The room is clean, and everything works perfectly. I’ll definitely be back for my next vacay! I already know that for my next vacation, I’m definitely booking a room here again! Can’t wait to return and enjoy another amazing stay. If you’re looking for a great place with friendly staff

Staff were very professional and helpful. The room was comfy but didnt have a very good view. The breakfast was over priced for what you got, i was aware most hotels in the area had the breakfast included in the price and was surprised that you had to pay extra. Paying for breakfast i expected more hot options and variety, based on stays at other hotels in ski resorts. Obviously this is optional, however the convenience and being in a rush to get on the slopes made breakfast in the hotel the most logical option.

If you want authentic, cozy and comfort hotel in Saint Gervais, then that's what you need. It’s has a good location, just 10 minutes by walk to the cabin lift and has a bus stop across the street. Very warm and pleasant service. This place has everything you need for an excellent skiing trip.

We had a great 4 days, Sebastian was very helpful. The location in the village centre and only 10 minutes easy walk to the Ski Gondola was ideal. A free Ski bus could be taken near to the hotel. St Gervais is a perfect location for exploring the ski areas of St Gervais, Megeve & Les Contamines.
