We stayed at the Norfolk on a coach trip, very good location walk to town. Food very good all served to our table by our waitress Anna, who was excellent and friendly. Would recommend staying there, only a 2 star hotel but everything you need. There is an outdoor pool, but too cold to use for us.

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay here, the location is good, not too far to walk into the town. Hotel although dated is very clean. The breakfast was nice with a choice of cooked or continental. Shampoo, shower gel and shower cap are chargeable in reception, so bring your own if you don't want to pay extra. There are tea and coffee sachets in the room along with a kettle.The staff are very friendly. We would return.

This is an older but well-cared-for hotel, managed by a wonderful staff who made our experience very special, The breakfast is ample. We did not try the dinner. The grounds were nicely kept with a large pool and plenty of sun loungers. The location is great and you can walk to the beach or go shopping. Our room was modestly decorated but very clean and had plenty of room. The bed was comfy and the view from our window was nice. The Wi Fi worked great. We did have a few inconveniences such as no outlets on the wall near our head to plug in my husband's medical or our phones. The bathroom was a little dated and the shower clumsy. There was a sign that said we could buy shampoo, so take note before you get into the shower. We really loved our stay and for the price, it was a great bargain!

This was our second stay at this hotel ,and has far as we were concerned it was excellent. the staff were always helpful and polite our waitress Tila could not do enough for you, good choice for breakfast and evening meals, the room was not the largest but it big enough for our use as we were on holiday and out visiting the Island. Excellent position for the town and the Howard Davis Park, the bus station was a short walk away as was the promenade.

Lovely hotel, clean, Friendly staff, good food and reasonable. Our room was a good size, towels changed every day although we hadn’t requested it. The bathroom was on the small size but manageable for one week. Our first visit to Jersey and disappointed with the weather as it’s well known for being sunny! However, unfortunately we can’t do anything about the weather. Island revolves around the German Occupation in WWII.

My partner & I stayed here as a one week package holiday booked through Fairs Lloyd Travel. Found the hotel comfortable, the staff friendly & efficient. Meals were varied & tasty, with helpful waiting staff allocated to groups of tables. Our waitress, Tila worked hard to give customer satisfaction, with her friendly & unhurried demeanor. Evenings offered a varied programme of entertainment, with receptionist Brian, also hosting an evening quiz. This hotel is in a quiet location, close to a picturesque park & a short walk from the seafront. There are also good public transport links. We would definitely go back.

The hotel was clean, warm and welcoming, the staff were friendly and polite. The room was spacious and clean. Food excellent with a good choice with a plentiful serving, the staff were very helpful and attentive. Showers were hot and roomy, a great stay and would stay here again with no hesitation.
