We arrived on the 1st to play on the 2nd and 3rd 2 of our team stayed in the hotel they said everything was just as you would expect and the 2 remaining stayed in the apartments , it was a bit dated but clean and tidy . The bar area and staff could not be better the only downside was that on the 3rd there was a lot of work going on , on the course we all know it needs doing but we still got charged full price and if I am being honest the 17th and 18th holes are far below what we expect more like playing in municipal course compared to the rest of it . But we still had a good time .

A charming hotel with lots of character. Great interior! A beautiful terrace outside and several quiet areas inside to sit back and relax. A nice and big swimming pool. Great breakfast buffet with plenty of choice of everything. A nice 18 holes golf course is less than 100m away; a short walk to the clubhouse. Very friendly hotel staff who also make your restaurant reservations in town. Saint Jean de Luz centre is a pleasant 20 mins walk. A lovely beach/coastal resort. Yes, this is a very relaxing hotel for stop-over or a vacation in the area.

Very expensive and when you get your bill, there are always”surprises” added to it (without asking). Rude service. Old facilities. Noisy area near the main road, far from the city center. I would prefer a place near the beach.

The manager. She was SO RUDE. we asked if we can get a complementary fruit basket for an occasion and they put something but then asked us to pay! They tried to add many other items to the bill like milk we needed for our coffee machine in the room, or animal fee for 7 nights instead of 4. The manager didn’t apologize for her mistakes and insisted that we pay for the complementary stuff. Right after leaving, she fraudulently canceled the reservation at *********** to avoid a bad review she expected (for a good reason) but luckily *********** reversed that. Also there is no AC in most areas and especially in the fitness room which was horrible.

We stayed for several nights and there were several issues with our stay. The hotel manager just added things to the bill and insisted that we pay for extra milk for the coffee machine., “animal fee” for twice the nights we stayed and other charges. The main problem during our stay is lack of air conditioning in most parts of a hotel, especially the Gym, it’s impossible to use it in the heat. The stuff and especially the manager were rude and unprofessional.

Lo bueno de este hotel es el personal, Susana , Fanny y las chicas del desayuno todas ellas amables, profesionales y encantadoras Lo malo es el estado de las habitaciones, muy antiguas, las ventanas cierran mal , el agua sale a cuentagotas de los grifos y está todo muy deteriorado . A no ser que lo reformen no volvería Mencionar eso ,sí que la limpieza es muy buena

Un hôtel plein de charme, un personnel accueillant et disponible, un petit-déjeuner au top! Chambres confortables et un patio où il fait bon se détendre au bruit de la fontaine. Un des hôtels où j’ai préféré séjourner ! Mon chien a été très bien accueilli.

Un bon dans le passé et la démesure des hôtel des années 60. Hôtel de charme idéal pour une escapade amoureuse. Chambre confortable avec une belle vue sur les jardins. Salon magnifique pour prendre un verre. Petit déjeuner de qualité. Toute l’équipe vous reçoit avec le sourire.
