A wonderful 5 night stay in this beautiful hotel. Sea view room, spectacular views and attentive staff. The hotel is in a perfect location for the charming old town, beach and walking distance to everything.

This was our second stay here and we will be back. Exceptional location and exceptional service . Very convenient with parking (valet service) in Jean Saint de Luz. . The top floor room with balcony was decent in size ( 30 m2) and perfectly calm. Special thanks to the smiling and efficient staff who would immediately help and find solutions.

We stayed here for a week in room 207 overlooking the water. Staff were fantastic and so helpful with suggestions. We had some damage to our car and staff were very kind to find a reliable body shop to do a good repair in a very short time. Thank you😊. We had our breakfast there daily and it was very adequate...enough choices but not a hot breakfast. In addition we reserved parking in advance which I highly recommend. Our room was very clean and spacious with two French windows and a small balcony. It was heaven We hope one day to return.

A great hotel ideally located with an amazing view. The best thing in the hotel are the professional service of the front desk, the room obviously (well furnished, comfortable, modern but stylish, and clean).

This hotel is right on the ocean with a beautiful view. The rooms are good size, modern and clean. We had a small balcony with a table and two chairs where we'd enjoy our nightly wine and cheese. The staff was friendly and helpful. We hated to leave this beautiful spot! While they do offer valet parking, there is free parking by the train station, which is only a short walk.

Excellent hotel. Fabulous location. We stayed in a prestige room with a city view but we also had a lovely side sea view. Or room was beautiful and well equipped. The bath was marvelous. The breakfast was great and the view from the breakfast room exquisite.

Truly magical stay. Really friendly, helpful team. Gorgeous views and the rooms are designed in a very sympathetic, calming manner. Spotlessly clean and on the doorstep of all the amenities of SJdL. Didn't have the breakfast, or drinks, so can't comment on that aspect. Highly-recommended for peace and tranquility.
