Like many others, I definitively left your "dear" campsite with loss and crash on October 31, 2022. Dismantling of the terrace, dismantling of the shed, all in very good condition, very expensive crane and transport of the mobile home. After spending more than 16 years at the Tropicana without the slightest worry and always having cordial and respectful exchanges with your teams, reception, maintenance, entertainment and bar-restaurant staff. After having greatly participated in the animation of petanque: the delimitation and the numbering of the 10 fields, the realization of the panels of marking of the scores and the organization of tournaments out of season for the greatest joy of the bowlers owners and vacationers. This without any physical or financial participation on your part. I have received, no sorry, I have recovered your letter of June 30, 2022 which was not even signed, deposited in the mail box at the reception, stipulating that you had decided not to renew my contract of rental of my plot for 2023. Sad and tired of all your demands, I left the campsite. You gave me no alternative and at the same time while I was still occupying my mobile home on my pitch, you offered my plot to other owners of the campsite. For some, their situation with their mobile home was identical to mine, understand this difference in treatment!! Mrs. Leberre, you ousted me like a slob. You caused me to suffer moral and financial damage without batting an eyelid or even meeting me. A situation that will deprive my children and especially my grandchildren of vacation. Having no house, luckily with my old motorhome, I find myself on the street, some will consider me homeless (Sans Domicile Fixe) just like me, I consider you Mrs. Leberre also homeless (WITHOUT FINANCIAL DIFFICULTIES) it will of course we don't have the same values!! I'm lucky to have friends to look back on and a small pensioner status to cope financially. No doubt that all of this leaves you completely indifferent, but I would like to express my bitterness about your relentlessness since your acquisition of the campsite, to make the owners disappear, whatever the cost, by disproportionate increases, restrictive clauses even abusive forcing the exit, transfer or resale of their mobile home for a pittance. Be aware that many owners have invested a great deal

Bonjour Cela fait maintenant 3 ans que je viens dans ce camping,mon séjour du 07 au 12 juillet a été un régal, grâce à la réactivité de MAËVA Je m'explique : le lundi soir ,les voisins (un groupe de jeunes)qui nous ont mis le bazar toutes la nuit jusqu'à 7 h du matin 🥶😡😡😡 je vous raconte pas la nuit que nous avons passé A 8 h avec ma femme nous avons été à la réception ,il y avait Maëva a l'accueil elle a été d'un très grand professionnalisme et je tiens à la remercier encore une fois.après nous avoir écouté, elle nous a immédiatement proposé un autre mobil-home au calme et qui plus est pas très loin des piscines, alors je lui dit BRAVO 👏 👏 👏 et Merci MAËVA pour ta réactivité Ps: j'espère que Maëva pourra lire ce message A l'année prochaine

Je suis plutôt mitigée sur mon séjour, sûrement dû au fait que j’idéalisais le camping 5 étoiles. L’inventaire autonome des équipements OK La propreté du mobilhome correct avec malgré tout une terrasse très abîmée, des stores moisis, eau chaude aléatoire au niveau de l’évier de la cuisine et du papier peint déchiré dans les WC. Côte accès au camping, je n’avais pas le bon code d’accès pour lever la barrière (qui est censée se lever automatiquement à la lecture de la plaque d’immatriculation) ce qui m’a bloqué à plusieurs reprises. Concernant les activités annexes au logement : - Baignade non surveillée - Certains sols autour de la piscine sont gris/noir donc brûlant lorsque le soleil tape - Pas de supérette d’appoint au sein du camping Le personnel est aimable et disponible malgré tout. En semaine de juin, le camping est paisible jour comme nuit mais le week-end assez bruyant car les mobilhomes sont les uns sur les autres (on entend très distinctement les conversations de nos chers voisins..) Check out en autonomie aussi avec un listing de tâches ménagères à réaliser sous peine d’être facturé via notre caution déposé au début de séjour. Mon avis est très mitigé. Je ne suis pas une experte du camping, je ne saurai dire si ce camping mérite 5 étoiles.
