Use of the pool and health suite were included in our booking. Access to the centre from the hotel is by underground walkway wearing the dressing gowns provided. Unfortunately the pool was barred off as an extremely loud aquacise class was taking place in there. Despite the steam room and sauna being some distance away, the noise prevented any chance of relaxation. When the class finished we went to the pool and tried the jacuzzi first which was colder than we are used to. We were then reprimanded by the guy who had led the aquacise class for not wearing bathing caps which were apparently required to enter the pool and jacuzzi. This we didn't know. So we left without even getting a swim. At the reception desk we were advised swim caps were available from 4.50 euro when the shop opened in 20 minutes time. Overall a deeply disappointing experience and not one ever to be repeated. The receptionist was lovely, helpful, excellent English, having previously lived in Basingstoke.

Très bonne découverte de l'établissement, de l'accueil réservé, prestation gastronomique plutôt très correcte, et qualitatif, très joli cadre chaleureux comme les soins. Un petit plus + pour Quentin et Nadine au service restaurant pour leur professionnalisme et leur grand sourire, merci à l'équipe cuisine, pour les bons plats. Merci aux petites fées du ménage, qui travaillent dans l'ombre pour que nos chambres soient faites tous les matins. Merci à l'équipe soin, et notamment au sourire de Myriam qui égaye notre journée . Merci à Thibaud qui nous réveille les muscles dans l'eau, à l'écoute de nos petites douleurs. Je recommande pour ceux qui ne connaissent pas encore..

Nous avons séjourné à l'hôtel Valdys de Saint Jean de Monts deux nuits avec soins à la carte. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le personnel de l'hôtel et du spa, malgré notre dossier Thalasseo manquant à l'arrivée. Nous avons été pris en charge par Mélanie au spa qui a su nous rassurer et qui a été plus que réactive pour nous trouver une solution. Nous avons pu passer un agréable séjour grâce à elle ! L'hôtel est fraîchement rénové. La salle du restaurant est très agréable, et le bar également. Le personnel est très sympathique et toujours à l'écoute. La chambre était conforme aux photos et spacieuse. Le balcon est agréable. Toutefois, certains équipements sont à revoir, notamment le pommeau de douche à économie d'eau qui n'est pas digne d'un 4 étoiles. De plus, il était usé et détérioré. Nous avons également regretté la chambre juste devant l'ascenseur, assez bruyante...

L’hôtel est au calme. L’espace thalasso est très agréable piscine eau de mer sympas. La chambre privilège est spacieuse. Pas de peignoir en chambre ni chaussons. Rapport qualité prix un peu élevé. Le petit déjeuner ne vaut pas 20€.
