Nice and cosy old style decor. Beds were good but a sheet was missing one one of the beds. It was nice that you could make coffee in the room.The personnel was friendly. All in all we recommend this place as it was very clean and cosy.

Booked for a week but left after 1 night. We were not able for the stairs which was my fault for not taking note of that when I was booking. Staff could not have been nicer. Lady at reception was very helpful on getting us a refund and helping with cases. This is an old house with floorboards that creak .you can heR them creaking in the room above when someone walks a cross them. Bathroom very small . Lovely breakfast room with wide variety of items.

Lovely warm welcome from the owners; a nice room and a decent breakfast - all for a good price. Strongly recommended for anyone wanting to explore Orleans or the wider Loire valley. We used it as a start/end base for a 6 day cycle tour

This turned out to be a sad disappointment. The photos on the hotel's website did not match the reality. Clearly, the building has seen better days. The gardens were unkempt, even allowing for the fact fact that it was mid-spring. The wifi was largely unavailable in our room at the rear of the hotel. The mattress was extremely spongy and bouncy. The toilet reservoir took several minutes to refill after a flush. The buffet breakfast, and extra charge, cut every corner: The breads and croissants were stale, the fruit salad came out of a can, and the coffee was very likely made from a drip machine and stored in a jug on a sideboard, by which time it was only warm. The location that suggests closeness to the Orléans centre is true geographically but misleading. Taking a taxi for dinner and back cost over 50 Euros return!! So unless someone is the designated non-driving driver of your won car, be aware!

The photos clearly made the hotel look a lot better than it actually was. The hotel is tired and we had no heat or hot water. This was known to the hotel when we arrived but we were not told of the issue.

The hotel was within 2 mile walk of orlean, easy to find, plenty of parking. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was very generous full continental with good range and quality of products. Gardens are typically French and lovely. We’d highly recommend and I’m not a big reviewer but credit where it is due.

Room that we shared with the spider webs. The vacuum cleaner hasn't been there for some time. Bathrooms, Dead insect (already dried out) mold in the shower. dilapidated cabin. Not recommended....
